职位描述：
Responsibility：
? Pick up customer calls in a professional manner, quickly identify the issue reported, and transfer customer to the appropriate support team.
? Perform entitlement check, data input and documentation.
? Handle complaints and escalation from both external and internal.
? Answer non-technical enquiry, filter and divert customer to correct department.
? Provide internal assistance to multiple departments.
? Handle customer e-mails, provide quick response and follow up.
? Align with worldwide GDC on the process perspective.
? Maintain good relationship with customer and work closely with internal support teams.
? Skillfully use all kinds of Software tools to handle daily works.

Qualification：
? Personality: possess strong sense of customer service; chary, positive, flexible and patient
? Fluent English without strong accent is preferred.
? Master reading and writing ability for business English communication
? Can quickly respond to names of main cities and streets by reading/noting down accurate and correct address information;
? Be able to touch type (typing without using the sense of sight to find the keys); English typing speed provided
? Obtain excellent phone communication ability;
? Understand customers’ requests and can load the key points into system.
? Be familiar with office software and basic knowledge of usage and maintenance of PC.
? Possess basic knowledge of IT related information and terms to ensure smooth communication with customers.
