Job Description:
? Entry-level analysts provides Neoview Platform Foundation Services, remote support including basic troubleshooting, diagnostic/analysis according to the knowledge base
? Strictly following global process guidelines
? Closing case focus on quality and accuracy
? Escalating critical cases in time
? Dispatching cases to relevant queue
? Manage conflicting priorities, resetting expectations where needed to meet the needs of multiple requests.
? Communicating and sharing information with team members and other teams around the world.
? Shifts rotation is required.

Qualifications:
? Degrees in computing field or equivalent experience is preferred.
? Working knowledge of one or more of the following Operating Systems a plus: HP-UX, UNIX, LINUX, or Microsoft.
? Excellent logical analysis ability is required.
? Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office applications including EXCEL and Outlook
? Excellent English in verbal, reading and written
? Communication skills and Teamwork are required.
