Job Responsibility:
? Responsible for Project creation for customers and managing the E2E project lifecycle with complete understanding of financial concepts.
? Creation and maintenance of Sales order and revenue recognition in line with policies and procedures.
? Responsible for creating Purchase Requisition which helps in procurement of products/service from the 3rd party Vendor in line with SOX audit compliance.
? Conducts research, analyzes data and present findings in order to forecast the cost and revenue of the project within stipulated turn around and with high accuracy.
? Represent the customer/partner needs and transfer the cost and revenue within internal Project/business requirement in line with policy and procedures.
? Performs Operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and perform Project closure (Reviews typically include topics such as special pricing, inventory levels and procurement levels and procurement plans, delivery performance, claims and disputes impacting the financial position of the account)
Education and Experience Required:
? University Degree.
? Typically requires 1-3 years' work experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
? Required - must
- Excellent English skill, both written and verbal.
- Order Management, Customer Service, Business Operation and/or Finance experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team player
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- High level of initiative and proactive approach.
- Time management skill.
