Primary Responsibilities:

Support the business operation thorough understanding of billing procedure and rule sets in Compass System.
?Ensure Compliance with HPE Policies in every area of billing and order booking function.
?Seek simplification and increased accuracy and adaptability in the billing function.
?Attend to query & dispute related to invoicing, queries and adjustments.
Maintains close contact with all billing related stakeholders
?Ensures all requests are handled and closed or escalated and progressed
?Files work items appropriately

Skill
Able to speak, read and write in Japanese and English
?Good knowledge of the basics of accounting and billing
?Experienced and hands-on user in SAP System.
?Good spoken English and Japanese
?Concise and precise written English and Japanese
?Project or task management skills
?Systematic approach and good record-keeping
?Balance urgency against importance and accuracy
