Key Responsibilities:
?Manage team’s operation to ensure daily service delivery with satisfactory quality , meet SLAs
?Customer Engagement
?Close and effective collaboration with business team to drive output
?As 2nd level escalation point for customer requests or 1st level unresolved issues
?Solicit customer feedback to improve TCE continuously
?Departmental Financial management
?People management - including compensation, performance management, career development
Qualification:
?Typically a Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience
?At least 6 years working experience with 3 years’ experience as people manager
·Fluent Japanese communication ability, be familiar with Japan business culture/manner
?Good skill on written and spoken English are required
?Goal oriented and Customer focus
?Good customer Relationship management skill
?Strategic thinking and business planning skill
?Foster open environment and motivate people; Mature and good interpersonal skills
?Prioritization and conflict management
