Job Description:
The responsibility of a business data analyst is but not only limited to drive end-to-end business support/analysis and operation team metrics promotion within CSC APJ. The Project manager is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of strategic business direction, mapping to operation metrics, business operationalizing and driving changes in metrics to meet business objectives.
? CSC Metrics Management. Work closely with Global/Regional team on metrics target setting, performance tracking, data/root cause analyzing and providing effective action plan.
? Leading metrics improvement project. Serving as the contact point for promotion of the metrics and business excellence as needed when issue or requests for action arise, including operational issues.
? Engage/Support Global/APJ CSC operation team, SC and GSD team. Deliver in the End-to-End business model, project analysis and simulation, implementation of global metrics and operations solution and management of change and communication.
? Apply systematic project management methodologies to ensure all projects meet defined objectives, goals and requirements.
?Recommend and institutionalize metrics improvements to meet business goals.

Qualifications：
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, Project Management or related fields.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations and/ or project management.
?Strong ability of logic analysis and judgment, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
? Good oral and written English skills.
? Profound knowledge and extended experience in contact center industry, field delivery operation, logistics and supply chain management.
?Strong knowledge and experience in planning, analysis, implementing and presentation skill.
