Over the past few decades, our Client, a renowned OEM / ODM manufacturer of high precision metal accessories and components, has been regarded as a top valuable supplier in the luxury goods worldwide market covering customers originate from Europe, North America and Asia. With its Corporate Headquarters located in Hong Kong and production plants in South China, the Company has also established full-fledged R & D and industrial operations centers. To cope with its continued expansion, they are looking for a high caliber corporate level professional to join them.
Reporting to the Group HR Director and Executive Director of China, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources service for the manufacturing plants / BUs in South China with a total workforce of 4000+. Successful candidate will likely be coming from a sizable MNC manufacturing and managing a High-Mix, Low-Volume organization.
Responsibilities:
- To act as a strategic partner with each business unit and the BUs Management;
- Propose and execute effective human resources solutions and strategies;
- To act as “Change Agent” to deliver organizational performance and productivity;
- Responsible to oversee the human resources operations including but not limited to: manpower planning, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and communications, training and competency development, staffing as well as performance management;
- Design, lead and execute strategic HR projects;
Requirements:
- Master / Degree in any disciplines plus a minimum of 15 years' hands on experience
as a full scale HR function manager of which at least 8 in China industrial / manufacturing environment, preferable in Pearl River Delta cities;
- Strong HR operations and project management skills;
- Comprehensive understanding of China Labour ordinances/ policy and HR best practise;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with strategic and active thinking;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office applications and popular HRIS.
(candidates with less experience will be considered at Sr. HR Manager level)
