职位描述：
Responsabilities :
?Managing a large accounting team at our Zhongshan facility including manufacturing, R&D, and Sales functions. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end group closing.
?Managing daily treasury activities and cash forecast.
?Ensure compliance on all tax related matters: including CIT and VAT tax filing, computation, and other taxes. Maintain good relationship with respective tax bureaus and assist with tax planning to support the growth of the business.
?Managing entity and consoldiated business performance reporting, including entity variance analysis, and account receivables, and cash mangement.
?Responsible for coordinating with internal/external auditors, and Canadian Sarbanes-Oxley or audit.
?Work ad-hoc projects to support cost saving and P&L improvement initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
?A minimum of 7 years of financial management experience in China. Proven track of record in manage large accounting departments and developing accounting professional in reputable organizations - preferably with manufacturing operations.
?Working experience at big 4 accounting firm is preferable.
?Bachelor degree or above in accounting and finance related major.
?CICPA or other equilivent certification is preferred.
?Good working knowledge of rules and regulations governing accounting and taxation in PRC
?IFRS reporting experience is highly preferred.
?Experience with large ERP system is preferred.
?Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not a requirement.
?Strong communicator who is also self-driven for business and functional improvement.
?Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley or other similar regulatory requirement is a plus.
?Have the maturity and experience to effectively working with senior management with sound leadership skills.
?Fluent (both written and spoken) in Mandarin Chinese and English. Being able to articulate accounting issue and solutions in English is essential to the success of the position.

中山地址：Dorel Juvenile在中山目前有新旧两个办公区。新办公区在东升镇葵兴大道202号，目前生产车间以及与生产相关的办公室员工已搬至新区。旧办公区在葵兴大道28号，目前R&D，HR&Admin，Finance等部门仍在旧区办公。一般情况下，面试多安排在旧区。
