职位描述：
岗位职责：

协助计划主管根据ASCP数据以及现有制造资源的相关信息收集、分析，拟制、排程生产计划,物料计划,存货计划以及发货计划；
Assist supervisor to elaborate the production plan, material requirement plan, inventory plan, and delivery plan (including samples) based on the results of ASCP analysis and daily manufacturing resources analysis.

产品计划订单和物料请购订单的各节点控制与追溯，确保物料准时到货,放行并用于生产，以及产品准时保量发运；
Work closely with supply chain, purchase, QC, production colleagues, to monitor and follow up on material delivery and release, to ensure the material availability for the continuous production and the OTIF of finished goods delivery.

与供应链成员，销售，技术，采购，生产部门等保持紧密沟通，确保日常运营任务按照计划如期进行，应对紧急订单；
Work closely with supply chain, M&S, purchase, production colleagues, to monitor and follow up on production performance, deal with urgent orders.

Oracle系统作业与计划模块的执行，编辑物料采购需求及发货实施等；
Executing Oracle planning process, to issue purchase requisition, shipping confirmation, etc..

按管理层要求控制库存水平；
Control the inventory level to achieve the defined coverage targets

周期性对计划/实际数据做总结和报告，分析并做持续改善。
Periodically analyzing summary and reporting to planning data/actual execution, make continuous improvement.

其他上司交予的任务。

岗位要求：

大学本科, 供应链或物流相关专业。
Bachelor degree, major in supply chain or logistics relevant.

1~2年大型跨国公司计划或供应链划相关工作经验。
1~2 years or above working experience in planning or supply chain with a multinational company.

良好的英语读写能力 ，CET6
Good oral and written English, CET6.

Office良好应用（EXCEL熟练），具备ERP系统操作知识。
Excellent command of computer(Excel in especial) and ERP skills.

良好的人际沟通能力，注重细节，具备数字敏感性，良好的实现跟进及持续改善能力、压力管理能力，阳光正面的态度。
Good communication and organizational skills, attention to details and data sensitivity, capable of follow-up and continuous improvement, capable of working under pressure with positive attitude.
