职位描述：
General missions

Ensure the collection of clients’ needs.
Participate in the study of general and detailled fonctionnal conception and validation.
Use the group software solutions.
Prepare and place campaigns recipe.
Participate in the first training and follow-up the pilot sites.
Make sure the following-up of daily operational production when it starts.


Activity description

Setup, standardize and provide assistance to start new sites
Help find solutions in WMS Infolog break-ups
Install, set up parameters and test new software programs.
Make functional analysis correspondent to needs.
Support new version migration Infolog WMS.
Animate group work under the process study in order to improve processes

Profile

Capable in groupe work and in managing client-user relations
Analysis and synthesis spirit, group spirit, good relationship with others and organisation skills
Capable of self-learning in order to have more competence
Significant experience in the same field

Technical competence

Have a good command of WMS Infolog in the AS400 environment
Knowledge in Query, CL and SQL
Knowledge in Windows
