General Overview
We are seeking a candidate for Supply Chain Supervisor who will be stationed in our Dong Guan factory and responsible for all shipment schedules and delivery. This manager needs to have a strong sense of action to maintain a smooth supply chain, a developed eye for process implementation and improvement, and willingness to challenge others for improvement to the supply chain.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1) Approve each shipment cost and plan from the Shipping Specialist, enter the details into ERP for payment processing to Forwarders
2) For Raw Materials and Outsourced Production, track and confirm with suppliers for their actual shipment dates.
3) For In-house production confirm with the Production Supervisor for actual shipment dates.
4) Create BOM for all Raw Materials ordered for Production. Liase with IQC to confirm the materials match to the specs of the BOM.
5) Review Master Shipment Schedule and seek to arrange schedules to allow Consolidated Shipments.
6) Oversee Shipping Specialist and Warehouse Assistant and work together with Purchasing on a peer-to-peer level for problem solving.
7) Communicate with Sales for special situations or logistic requirements and implement processes to achieve those requests.
8) Handle all Import/Export arrangements.
9) Seek ways to improve the Warehouse system both in physical flow and record-keeping in ERP.
10) Ensure smooth operation transition from Purchasing to Quality to Shipping.

Requirements:
    1） University graduate, prefer study of logistics and transportation.
    2） 5+ years of working experience in shipping job.
    3） Working experience in international trading company with shipments to USA is preferred.
    4） Good communication in written & spoken English and Mandarin
    5) Experience in shipping to destinations in the USA. Familiar with USA geography.
    6） Personality Traits: Action-oriented, Problem-solver, Energetic, Self-motivated
