主要外派到供应商厂（佛山丹灶），协调生产计划管理及数据收集，及时汇报给中国项目经理统筹安排。

1、负责监督OEM代工厂的生产进度和生产流程
2、根据生产计划的管理要求制定生产计划和利用分析。
3、每天更新生产状态，并及时与项目经理沟通，以确保对方能按时交货，并符合质量要求。
4、确保在ISO 9001质量管理体系的要求下，通过审查、人力和设备来监控生产质量
5、最好可以优化OEM代工厂的生产效率和产出，以便最大限度降低生产成本，减少内部坏品率 。

要求：
1、须有相关理工类专业背景
2、有5年以上制造业生产主管的工作经验，电气和电子行业工作经验者优先。
3、有良好的沟通能力与技巧，及英文读写能力，英语能力强可以适当提高薪酬。
4、最好对铅酸电池和PCBA制造有深入的了解和经验。
5、最好有优秀的技术技能，能绘画图纸和协调解决生产相关问题

Job description:
1.Responsible for overall production activities and performance in robotics production in OEM factory.
2.Manage production to maximize efficiency, productivity, respecting delivery times and high quality in OEM factory.
3.Minimize manufacturing cost and internal failure / scrap rate.
4.Make production schedule and utilization analyze in accordance with management requirement about production planning.
5.Update production status daily and actively communicate with Project Manager to ensure on time delivery.
6.Monitor production quality through reviewing processes, manpower and equipment to ensure operation running under requirement of quality management systems ISO 9001.


Requirements：
- Engineering background is a must
- 5+ years’ experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing companies. An electrical and electronic industry experience is preferred.
- Very good understanding of lead-acid battery and PCBA making experience.
- Outstanding technical skills, drawings, production related issues
