职位描述：
Responsible for maintaining the overall IT infrastructure: network, servers and other hardware.

1. Network : reliable network infrastructure in 4 locations
1.1 Including VPN, DNS, DHCP and RDP
1.2 Including the overall availability of wired and Wi-Fi connectivity

2. Servers : Hosts, Virtual Machines and NAS.
2.1 Monitor, foresee issues, and maintain servers
2.2 Guarantee high availability and performance
2.3 Backup and Recovery strategy

3. Monitoring: there is an overall need for automated monitoring
3.1 Fine tune and enrich the Cacti monitoring
3.2 Fine tune the Nagios alert system

4. Manufacturing : we are producing connected lamps (IoT)
4.1 Keep track of all the manufacturing data for each lamp
4.2 Ensure we have the right tools in place to test those products
4.3 Help to fine tune flashing and testing process to maximize throughput

5. Processes and Optimization :
5.1 Purchasing of new equipment
5.2 Bug tracking and reporting
5.3 Propose solutions to optimize our IT investments
5.4 Standardization of IT asset

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.


任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science
2. Solid experience in Network: Cisco, TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi
3. Basic System Administration skills (Windows and Linux)
4. Some experience in IT support
5. Leadership: able to learn and take initiatives
6. Good command of English and Chinese


Nice to have :

7. Understanding of Development (ideally in Python)
