职位描述：
工作职责：
1.维护和优化ISO9001质量管理体系（QMS），主要是设计和开发方面
  Maintain and optimize ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS)， mainly focus on the quality system for R&D
2.组织内部审核，支持QMS管理评审（将来还有EMS）
  Organize internal audit and support management review for QMS (EMS for future)
3.负责准备客户/第三方对质量管理体系审核, 包括公司实验室的认可审核
  Prepare audits from customers and third part companies, as well as preparing laboratory accreditation.
4.对供应商进行质量管理和社会责任审核
  Define the supplier evaluation quality management system & social
5.跟踪内/外审核及内部/客户投诉进行的纠正措施和预防措施
  Follow up corrective/prevention actions from internal/external audit, internal/client complaints
6.文件分发和控制
  Document distribution and control
7.5S和EHS支持
  5S and EHS supporting

任职资格
1. 大学本科-精通英语
  University degree – Very good at speaking and writing in English. Chinese fluent.
2. 5年以上制造业相关工作经验
  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
3.沟通能力，问题分析和优化能力
  Ability to communicate and interact at all levels from senior management to staff level. Good at problem analysis with logical and rational sense of optimization
4.能够将客户要求转化为可测量的设计目标/输入
  Ability to translate customer requirements into measurable design goals/input.
5.精通办公软件
  Competency in Office software.
6.能够与外部客户及供应商合作，评审供应商质量体系
  Ability to work with external client and vendors, audit QMS of suppliers
7.获得过ISO17025内审员证书优先
  Hold ISO17025 internal auditor certificate will be a plus.
8.品格要求中关键要有自信，威信，自治自律和进取心
