Conduct the business of all responsible areas and develop district objective and direction
Establish productive team with great performance and morale
Achieve sales target successfully on the condition of complying with the company's policy
Participate in staff recruitment and responsible for people development as well as performance management and coaching
Build up and maintain smooth communication
Provide leadership and mentoring to team
Good communication, planning and organizing skills
Qualifications required
5 yrs above working experience in pharmaceutical industry
At least 3 years sales experience in the well-known multinational company
Medical or pharmacy degree or above
Good performance during the past 2 years
Good Team Work
Good leadership
