按公司章程和部门规定,在委派的销售地区寻求钣金机床的销售业务机会
Identify business opportunity in sheet metal machine selling area at the assigned territory.
和客户建立业务关系,并保持长期联络
Build business relationships with customers and keep long-term contact
保持电话联络或拜访现有的客户,发展潜在客户群
Call on or visit current customers and develop potential customers
向客户或潜在客户提供产品、服务、报价、及产品更新等相关信息
Keep customers or potential customers informed of updated products, service, pricing and related information.
协同公司内部的技术人员,如服务工程师或应用工程师,向客户提供技术工艺方面的支持。协调公司市场部门在本区域中开展各类市场活动。
Cooperate with internal technical people, such as service or application engineer to support customer on technical know-how.
完成销售计划及商务项目,包括一些钣金或相关联行业的商业活动。
Implement sales plan or business program, including some commercial activity in sheet metal or related industries.
在公司销售系统Update-7中填写完整的客户、竞争对手、销售机会及活动信息
Fill complete customer, competitor , sales opportunity, and activity information in company sales system – Update7
完成委派的年度销售定额和销售目标。
Achieve assigned yearly sales quota and target.
完成上级销售经理安排的月度销售计划和销售报表,并按要求回公司汇报主管经理
Finish monthly sales plan and sales report required by Regional Sales Manager and report to them as required.
向公司提供市场信息;如市场走向、客户业务情况和偏好;竞争对手各类活动
Provide market information to the company, such as market trends, customer business status and preference, and activities of our competitors.
在年度计划和预算的制定中,提供相应的数据和信息,协助区域市场定位。
Provide related data and information for annual sales and budget plan and support regional market positioning.
负责完成直属领导安排的其他的工作任务。
Support to complete the other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement

1. Academic Background: 本科学历或以上 Bachelor degree above
2. Which major preferred: 机械工程、电子工程或其他相关专业
Technical background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
3. Working experience: 在相关的机床领域至少有3-5年的销售经验 At least 3-5 years experience as salesman in industrial area
良好的商业敏感度、出色的销售技巧、技术背景和宣讲能力
Better commercial sense, excellent sales skills, good technical background and presentation skills
和机械制造行业中的关键客户,如钣金加工厂、开关厂或电力厂有良好的关系
Good connections with key customers in the manufacturing industries, such as Electric Power or switchgear, and sheet metal manufacturing company.
4. Knowledge and skills: 有良好的使用电脑的能力 Good ability of using computer
5. Language: 良好的中文和英语口语及读写能力 Basic verbal & written communications skills in English and Mandarin
6. Other specific requirements: 优秀的自学能力,独立自信,积极并具有主动性,有团队精神,乐于接受挑战,愿意频繁出差 Excellent self-learning ability, independent and confident, positive and initiative, willing to accept challenges and travel frequently.
