职位描述

Main Responsibilities

· Responsible for analysis of the PO goals: Price, Lead Time, Quality, Cost Efficiency and Capacity in order to fulfill company overall goals: Growth and Profitability.

· Control process and responsibilities

i. Season summary & goals

§ Season evaluation

§ Capacity bottleneck identification

§ Result analysis per PO dept.

§ SPM analysis per supplier

§ Set goals, with the team, for: results & methods

ii. Quotation

§ Identify big deal quotations

§ Follow up quotation methods and result

§ Evaluate capacity distribution

§ Communicate result prognosis based on quotations and capacity distribution

iii. In Season follow up

§ Follow up result per department

§ Follow capacity- placed vs ground seas, plan and COC status

§ Placement of volume orders- Supplier concentration

§ Evaluate efficiency

§ Delivery accuracy follow up

· Together with DM and POC manage and motive the department towards the goals.

· Have strong cooperation with PM, MM and Senior to ensure goals.

· Through analysis be responsible to proactively communicate internally and externally (suppliers) about current situation, possibilities and threats ahead.

· Together with POC secure and develop processes, methods and tools in order to make improvements.

Main Requirements

· Bachelor degree in BA/Economics/Finance

· 3-5yrs related working experience

· Fluent English communication skill in written & oral

· Able to use all Microsoft application (with good excel skills)

· Good team work and leadership skills

· Cost Conscious, Logical, Honest and Responsible

· Positive & Flexible

· The position is not belong to Finance Department, it's for Business Analysis
