注：1）此岗位要求英语听说读写熟练，口语流利（必备），在工厂工作跟单优先。

    2）在包装行业工作3年以上。

Hire Requirements:
Education Background:
oUniversity bachelor degree with Foreign Trade or English as major.
5+ years previous practical experience in watch and jewelry packaging
Soft skills:
oBe honest, loyal and reliable.
oMature, professional and self-initiative.
oHands-on, straight forward and willing / able to business travel.
oStrong analytical mindset and good abilities with Microsoft office suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
oFinancial, interpersonal and negotiating skills
oFluent in English both written and spoken.
oExperience with European clients

Job responsibilities
Project Management & Operational Purchasing
?Responsible for packaging projects from the 1st inquiry to the last delivery out of mass production
?Send inquiries / PO’s to suppliers, e.g. based on information provided by Swiss office
?Close collaboration with Swiss office and internal departments
?Sample & Quotation stage: Ensure Timing / Quality / Price
(To be a technical expert and advisor to both suppliers and Swiss office. Closely follow up of samples / quotation, Quality control at the supplier place before shipment, price negotiation e.g.)
?Switch clients’ PO to vendor PO in a very accurate way
?Make payment statement together with the internal financial department to make sure payments to vendors are accurate
?Issue the requested documents such as Quotation, Order Confirmation, Invoice, Logistic documents and send them to Swiss office/ client
?Production stage: Ensure Timing and Quality
(Close follow up of running production, Quality control at the suppliers place e.g.)
?Logistic coordination
?Paperwork and Documentation, make sure clients PO, vendors PO as well vendors’ payment statements are all logically in line
?Professional communication with client
?After sales service
?Factory visits together with client
