职位描述：
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Support the commercial initiatives of the business by ensuring all products meet quality, legal and safety requirements;
- Responsible for developing & compliance and maintaining Quality Systems, Quality Processes, proper documentations and product integrity;
- Ensures that correct people, systems, methods and technologies are in place to support company quality directives, delivery of the company and departmental metrics within the agreed budget;
- Leads quality initiatives related to new product introduction, including supplier selection and advance product planning;
- Maintain closed loop corrective action system, which is tied to quality systems, to resolve internal quality issues;
- Coordinates failure analysis & corrective actions when non-confirming product is returned from customers or from the field;
- Develop and coach staffs, ensure the team is motivated, well-trained, and equipped to execute their assigned tasks;
- Interfaces with customers and suppliers on all technical issues.

Requirements:
- Technical / Professional skill
- Demonstrates understanding of integrated quality systems framework, including ISO.
- Displays a comprehensive knowledge of SPC, formal problem-solving techniques, and corrective action systems.
- Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with safety agency requirements and reporting.
- Knowledge of quality standards which pertain to the electronics industry, such as IEC standards and general military specifications.
- Complete working knowledge of ISO standards and proven track record of implementation and surveillance.
- Strong problem solving skill;
- Systematic and analytical approach to work;
- Able to work under pressure to meet frequent deadlines;
- Performs multiple tasks simultaneously;
- High adaptability on cultural difference;
- Supervises, directs, and motivates a big team as a coach;
- Constantly optimize work practices and enhance processes where possible
- Possesses long-and short-term planning skills.
- Excellent communication skill, interface with employees and customers at all levels.

Education/Language/ Experience
- At least a degree in Engineering or related discipline, Master is preferred but not mandatory
- Bi-lingual in Chinese and English with Excellent written communication skills
- Used to working in western business environment
- 10 – 15 years experience in a mid- to large-sized electronics manufacturing environment where at least 6 years in Quality role
- Exposed to High-Mix, Low-Volume Cell Manufacturing methodology
- Background in power supply manufacturing preferred
- Reliability engineering background a plus
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing is an advantage 举报 分享
