职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
Measure the IE standard time of each model
Collect related metric of each department and each model
New Layout design for new model and/or new capacity requirement
Raise overall efficiency of each production unit through IE tools such as line balance, QC 7 method, waster reduction,...etc
Monthly estimation of overall capacity and resource need including workforce, working hours, tooling, ...etc.
Productivity improvement through Lean tool/ ECRS/ kaizen.
Build and maintain necessary standardization in shop floor such as kanban, supermarket area, mark, SOP,...etc.
Responsible for the development and management of IE/kaizen team.

Job requirements：
At the age of 32-45, bachelor degree or above, 5 years above IE working experience in footwear, apparel or handbag industry, including 3 years management experience;
Key skills required: Leading IE and communication skill, strong mindset of kaizen, well understanding of labor intensive traditional industry,
Personal characteristics: practical, good communication and interpersonal influence, promote landing project;
Good communication in English and Chinese. 举报 分享
