职位描述：
1、负责本部门的开发计划及框架的落实执行,完成各年度、季度新产品开发任务;
2、负责前期信息收集,收集最新流行色彩、流行趋势的资料,完成新产品平面设计及配色工作;
3、市场调研分析与方案策划；
4、所负责鞋品类产品系列开发设计(时尚休闲男鞋)；
5、对设计样稿进行分析、指导，参与每季样品评审；
6、优化产品设计资料库；
7、其他工作 协助其他设计组相关工作.

岗位要求：
1、专科以上学历，美术及皮革设计相关专业优先，5年以上品牌男鞋产品设计经验
2、英文流利，需要和外籍管理人员联系沟通。
3、熟练使用ILLUSTRATOR、PHOTOSHOP、CORELDRAW等设计软件和办公软件的使用；
4、优秀的时尚触觉和审美能力，良好的色彩搭配能力，优秀的手绘能力；
5、较强的学习力及思考能力，团队合作能力优秀。

1.Be responsible for the execution of development plan and structure and finish the development task for each season and each year.
2.Be responsible for information collection, latest fashion color collection, fashion trend date, and finish the production design and color matching.
3.The market research analysis and scheme planning.
4.Be responsible for the fashion men shoes development.
5.Give analysis,instruciton and comments of shoe design draft for each season.
6.Optimize product design database.
7.Other work to assist other design team related work.

Requirements:
1.College degree, major inart and leather design is preferred, more than 5 years experience in the design of brand shoes products.
2.Good communication in English with foreigner management team.
3.Good at ILLUSTRATOR、PHOTOSHOP、CORELDRAW etc design softwear and office softwears.
4.Excellent fashion sense and aesthetic ability, good color matching ability, excellent hand drawing ability
