职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Day to day ops issue resolution for all SanDisk Contracted Manufacturing sites including but not limited to Malaysia and Great China.
？ Support global reverse logistics for products back to China with routing optimization, process enhancement & execution and Customs compliance.
？ Support growing China OEM business development and VMI hubs process set up, daily operation and reporting function.
？ Support SAP/WMS and EDI linkage between SanDisk, SanDisk’s CMs and carriers.
？ Ensure a pro-active approach to cost and service performance improvement at all times.
？ Ensure excellent working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
？ Maintain a good teamwork environment.
？ Maintain and develop logistics partners/suppliers network within Asia and Asia Outbound.
？ Report and analyze transportation volume, performance and costs.
？ Ensure all relevant activities are carried out safely and securely, whilst observing company policies & procedures and current transport industry regulation.

Requirements:
？ BSc (MSc) in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management
？ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
？ 6-8 years working experience in plant logistics, semi-conductor industry preferred
？ Strong supply chain analyzing competence
？ Transportation Network optimization and cost saving knowledge
？ SAP/WMS, EDI knowledge
？ Effective problem-solving skill
？ Operational Finance knowledge
？ Int’l Trading knowledge
？ Fast Learner
？ Pro-active and self-oriented working style
？ Ability to work in virtual cross-functional team
