Briefing

The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the Internal Sales Target in the center by managing the activities of the internal sales operation. Meantime, cooperate with center service team to improve overall student satisfaction in support of internal sales.

Based in WSE Center.

Reporting lines

Directly reporting to Center Director

Dotted-line reporting to XXX (TBD)

Major Responsibilities

Manage the activities of internal sales operation

Set both monthly and weekly internal sales plans for individual Course Consultants, dynamically evaluate the results on a daily basis, and adjust action plans accordingly.

Work with Course Consultants to ensure they successfully meet their objectives by facilitating day-to-day internal sales activities, taking appropriate measures to motivate individual commitment to internal sales, and correcting misbehaviours.

Ensure that all of the Daily Specials are seen by the Course Consultants.

Have a daily meeting with the Course Consultants in order to evaluate the Internal Sales Actions so far and the results produced.

Ensure that all Course Consultants are carrying out on a daily basis 3 referral talks, obtaining 1 referral lead, and booking one referral appointment for every 100 students.

Ensure that Course Consultants are carrying out on a weekly basis 2 renewal presentations and 1 referral presentation for every 100 students.

Support Course Consultants to collect deposits in the referral and renewal presentations.

Help Course Consultants close contracts in their second shows.

Advise Center Director to provide disciplinary where necessary.

Organize the internal sales events

In conjunction with the Service Manager and the Center Director plan at least one major event in order to generate referral shows and ensure that each CC brings 4 referral leads to the event.

Align other center activities to benefit internal sales

Keep all center staff informed about the Internal Sales activities and performance in the center.

Coordinate efforts of internal sales with normal market sales agenda in the center.

Cooperate tightly with Service Manager to maintain a good center image and environment for internal sales. Reflect internal sales relevant issues to center service team for the compliance of WSE customer service policies and procedures.

Provide on-the-Job training & individual coaching

Every week conduct at least 2 training sessions on internal sales to Course Consultants. The topics should include but not limited to:

How to carry out a renewal presentation

How to get referral leads when carrying out referral talks

How to book appointments for the referral leads

How to overcome objections from students to provide referral leads

According to individual Course Consultant’s periodical behaviour and performance on internal sales, set coaching session to lead self-reflection, identify personal development and explore feasible improvement plans.

Adhere to management policies

Produce required documents and reports in time, e.g.,

Complete monthly center internal sales plan in time.

Create and distribute weekly and monthly center internal sales analysis

Attend and function in relevant management meetings.

Attend trainings as indicated by the management.

Implement and prompt code of business conduct.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in sales or customer service related field

A minimum of 3 years sales experience with demonstrated achievement in internal sales

Sales management experience (in the position of CCTL or higher)

Service-orientation, self-motivation, and strong sense of responsibility

Outstanding interpersonal ability to influence and motivate people

Strong communication skills to various types of audiences

Excellence in situation analysis and decision-making in a dynamic environment

Chinese Native speaker with fluent English
