Location of Work: Based in Shanghai office, China
Reports to: Sales Director for SPR business
Details of Role/ Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies.
2. Develop potential customers and introduce SPR system to the customer
3. Introduce how to use SPR equipment to achieve the request to the customer
4. Visit and follow up potential customers in the area regularly and make efforts to convert potential into actual
5. Responsibility of pricing and quotation to customers.
6. Key projects monitoring and pursuance
7. Fulfill sales budget, follow up payment status
8. Follow up customer complaints, assist customer service and fulfill improvements programs
9. Promote brand awareness of SEF in the responsible area
10. Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development
11. Communicate with Tucker German colleague to support China market
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Automotive or a related area.
2. More than 3 years sales experience of SPR or joint technology in Automotive.
3. Familiar with sales process and has established tie and good relationship with SPR key account customers
4. New business development ability
5. Good planning, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
6. Good verbal and written communication skills in English or German
7. Willing to work under pressure and could travel frequently
8. Honest, initiative and responsibility.
要求拥有对口主机厂焊装车间的销售经验,包括负责机器人、焊机、点焊、涂胶、管线包、气动元件、换枪盘等产品的销售均可考虑。
英语需要可以作为工作语言。
