Main responsibilities:
? 1. Set up effective project, production and material plans in order to fulfill customer requirements
? 2. Control material delivery and inventory.
? 3. Lead the whole process of material planning includes raw material replenishment planning.
? 4. Use KPI and training to improve the employees and the organization.
? 5. Maintain and improve planning data in the ERP-System.
? 6. Manage the Shipping and Customs.
Main requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or technical engineering;
? 5-10 years experience in material management or supply chain field in MNCs, mechanic or automotive industry is a plus.
? Collaboration, influencing, negotiation, determination and resiliency
? Great leadership skills
? Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
