Job Information:
Report to office manager, provide support to business team, including:
? Business issues, including order management, contract operation, payment status, products delivery, customer cooperation and other related applications.
? Office issues, including travel arrangement, meeting management, phone & fax handling and messages delivery.
? Backup other Office Professionals when necessary.
? Other administrative works.

Qualifications:
? 3-5 years’ work experiences.
? Experienced in contract and customer management.
? Excellent Chinese and good English communication skills.
? Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure.
? Strong inter-personal and communication skills, easygoing but firm.
? Patient, careful, hardworking, and quick to learn.
