职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely month-end closing for projects/programs;
Report out actual financials and regular forecast (control forecast, GB and BB);
Be able to manage multiple projects/programs independently, including communicate with cross-function business teams (commercial, operation, supply chain, CSR, IT, engineering, etc.);
Analyze the cost to guide the strategic price setting and provide financial expertise to support program teams and PLM on modeling cost, especially for new product;
Set up the business model and accounting flow for new program involving new CMs or new customers;
Ad-hoc financial analysis support for business decisions.

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA & MBA preferred.
6+ years experiences in Finance with minimum 2 years in management, preferably worked in a manufacturing environment and with FP&A experience.
