职位描述：
1.Devising and establishing a product and mechanical components ' quality requirement, quality procedures, standards.
设计并建立产品及机械零部件的质量要求，检验程序，标准.
2.Involve in new products development (Design/EPP/PP stages) and make control plan; Involve in DFMEA, failure analysis,and product quality risk evaluation.

3.Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
 评估客户需求并确保可以满足客户需求 
4.Making sure that Standard Inspection Procedure and QC procedures meet TAO and Customers quality standards.
保证SIP和QC流程能够满足公司及客户的要求.
5.Make Standard Inspection Procedure for in process control QC based on control plan.
在产品质量控制基础上制定过程控制的SIP 
6.Prepare and valid samples and Standard Inspection Procedures for IQC and SQC .
为IQC和SQC制定并确认SIP及样本 
7.Design general Standard Inspection Procedure for key standard testing processes.
为关键测试流程制定通用SIP 
8.Support to management and staff in the identification and solution of problems in work processes and initiation of improvement activities to increase the quality level and prevent reoccurrence of problems.
协助各部门经理及其他相关人员确认和解决工作流程中存在的问题，并提供改进措施，提高质量水平，防止问题再次发生．
9.Measuring performance against in-house and Customers standards. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
通过收集相关数据和生产统计报告，评估公司内部标准及客户标准的效果
10. Participate to new supplier audit and involve with supplier about Standard Inspection Procedure and TAO Customers quality Standard .
参与新供应商评审，协助供应商建立SIP和TAO的客户质量标准． 
11.Provide training
提供相关培训 
12.Define, design and upgrade tools and equipment for QC tests
确定，设计并更新品管的测试工具及设备 
13.Valid sample quality according to SIP.
按SIP的要求确认样本的质量水平 
Participate company internal audit.
参与公司的内部审核


岗位要求：
1.University degree or above, major in mechanical or similar;
本科毕业或以上，电子或相关专业 
2.At least 5 years experience in electronic products and with QE experience. (Lighting industry background would be a plus); experience in DFMEA is plus
至少5年的电子产品的QE工作经验，有DFMEA及灯具产品背景为佳．
3.English written spoken;
英语读写能力． 
4.Good computer skill;
