Day to Day Responsibilities:
Deploys and implements HR programs and processes in each location to ensure HR operations in in consistent with corporate and regional HR’s operation practices.
Be responsible for HR daily operation work such as talent selection, employment, exit process, employee relations management, talent development etc.
Collaborate with regional HR teams to implement the required HR actions timely.
Partners with targeted business client to develop detailed talent improvement/development plans to ensure effective succession plans in place as well as healthy talent movement in the groups.
Listens and collects employees’ voices/feedback and deploy related actions/response to ensure a positive work environment across the functional teams or the organization
Partners with HR manager to ensure CM HR teams’ operations in compliance with local regulations
Completes ad hoc assignments from leaderships
Education & Experience
Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations or related business management areas
6 years+ HR experience in MNCs, candidate from manufacturing industry is preferred
Successful track record in deployment of HR business processes and/or programs
Required Skills
Minimum 6 years HR work experience and has strong HR sense
Good understanding of related labor regulations
Good English language skill (speaking and writing)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong data analysis and priority management skill
Desired Skills
Good business acumen
Soft Skills
Independent and self-motivated
Quick adaptability in multiple culture work environment
Could work under pressure to drive process move ahead within the organization
