职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility of the company’s production.
- Set up and develop Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) processes and maintenance activities.
- Drive the implementation of the company’s Operational Excellence System in cooperation with the local CI Manager.
- Implement other agreed department policies and procedures.
- Maintain and develop production system for better production efficiency.
- Responsible for execution of continuous performance management including KPI’s & waste management, operation staff and their performance.
- Implement system to develop skills and competencies of 1st line managers and supervisors as well as machine operators.
- Manage continuous monitoring of quality and adequate working discipline of operation execution.
- Review and approve production plans, set up capacity & personnel resources plans to meet the production plans.
- Set up production targets, keep track how targets are reached and take adequate corrective actions.
- Manage daily control room meeting.
- Follow safe production rules to ensure employees’ health and safety according to safety regulations and the company’s standards, organize required protections and appropriate continuous training.
- Participate in ISO 9001 standard implementation and organize adequate audits.
- Monitor material flows and lead times in order to optimize inventory turnover and use of FIFO, minimize inventory ageing, ensure optimized material movements and cost efficiency.
- Oversee efficient and safe warehouse operations.
- Maintain material traceability system according to the company’s standards.
- Responsible for production data, material management activities as well as related reporting for bonded manufacturing process.
- Define technology roadmap for the site and manage installation of new equipment


Competence Profile:

- 5-10 Years’ experience in a similar position in the process industry
- At minimum Bachelor degree
- Proven track record setting up efficient and performance-oriented operation
- Lean training and experience in implementation
- Fluency in Chinese and in English
- Hands-on mentality; result-oriented
- Structured approach; performance-driven and analytical
- Good communicator on all levels; intercultural competences; strong people manager and role model creating an environment of trust and cooperation
- Good competence level and hands on experience of using integrated ERP system in production execution and planning. Good understanding of master data configuration needs of such system. SAP experience preferred. 举报 分享
