岗位职责：

2. 至少2年以上鞋类业务经验；
3. 良好的英语沟通；

Position Summary:
The Merchandiser is responsible for all order/sample/production related items for their designated customer accounts.

Key Accountabilities
? Re Confirm all order pricing is correct with factories
? Communicate all order details to factories and re confirm delivery dates
? Order all production related samples, including Fitting, Confirmation, Ad, Photo, Customs, First Production Case, Shipping samples etc, as per customer requirements
? Communicate with USA sales and customer service daily and clarify all details and answer inquiries
? Communicate with customer overseas offices and designated representatives to fulfill all order requirements
? Read, understand, and have a thorough knowledge of customer manuals and procedures, and relay that information to the factories.
? Track, follow and ship all production related samples, checking materials, quality, labeling, etc.
? Follow up material and whole shoe testing, insuring factories are compliant with all customer testing requirements.
? Monitor factory production plans and schedule, negotiating delays with factories and communicating all production issues to Sales and Customer service.
? Monitor and track factory Vendor Compliance Audits, insuring audit fees are paid, CAP’s and other paperwork submitted in timely manner.
Education and Experience
? Associates Degree or the equivalent required
? Minimum 2 years in footwear merchandising and/or development
? Private label background preferred


Business Knowledge and Critical Skills:
? Basic footwear knowledge of constructions type, materials, parts, and processes
? Ability to read, understand and analyze a sample or production spec sheet
? Ability to write clear e mails in English and Chinese independently
? Fluent verbal Mandarin Chinese and strong knowledge of verbal English
? Computer Skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
? Strong negotiating and persuasion skills
? Skilled time manager, able to manage multiple responsibilities within each day
