Main responsibilities:

1. Plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the production equipment operates reliably. Mainly equipment is injection molding machine.

2. Plan, prioritize schedule, and manage maintenance activities (for example planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.

3. Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resource.

4. Manage relationship with external parties (for example Machine Venders) to ensure company receives satisfactory standards of service.

5. Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.

6. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are competed accurately, safely and on-time.

5、研究、评估和推荐新的维护设备和工具，以提升维修团队的能力。
6、领导、指导、评估、开发维修人员，使维修和服务活动准确、安全、及时地进行。

Requirement

1. College above education, preferred major in mechanical engineering or relevant field. More than 8 years’ experience in maintenance management.

2. Have maintenance knowledge in different type of injection molding machines such as all-electric, servo hydraulic and hydraulic, in peripheral machinery of injection molding machine such as material feeder and granulator.

3. Knowledge in maintenance in ABB robot arm and linear robot is in advantage. Familiar with EN or ISO machinery safety standard is in advantage. Have maintenance skill and experience in rotational molding machine, pad printing machine and solvent recycler are in advantage.

4. Have knowledge in different kind of injection molding technology such as gas-assist injection molding, stack molding, tandem molding, insert molding and multi-component molding.

5. Have maintenance knowledge and skill in robotic automation or fix automation machinery, familiar with control technology.

6. Good safety sense and knowledge.

7. Good TPM knowledge, have implementation of TPM experience, knowledge and skill.

8. Have experience of using CMMS.

9. Can use Microsoft Project to manage maintenance projects and maintenance activities.

Good problem solving skills and leadership, proactive.

1、大专以上学历，机械工程或相关专业优先。8年以上维修管理经验。
2、精通不同类型的注塑机等电器维修知识，液压伺服和液压注塑机的送料机等周边设备。
3、熟悉ABB机器人手臂和线性机器人维修知识，熟机械安全标准，有维修技能和经验在旋转成型机，移印机和溶剂回收利用。
4、掌握不同的注塑技术，如气体辅助注塑成型，叠层成型，串联成型，注塑成型和多组合注塑成型。
5、具有机械自动化或自动化机械维修知识和技能，熟悉控制技术。
6、良好的安全意识和安全管理技能。
7、良好的TPM知识，有TPM实施经验、技能。
