职位描述：
Accountabilities:
？ Trains, supervises and directs manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient and on-time production schedule in accordance with all company safety and quality standards. 培训，监督并指导操作员工按照公司的安全及质量标准高效及时地完成生产计划。
？ Coordinates with other dept in order to ensure consistent production and shipping schedules. 与其他各部门协调以保证生产及出货的安排。
？ Coordinates with other departments in planning and implementing manufacturing programs与其他相关部门.协调以确保计划与实施的生产过程。
？ Continuously improve lean production such as 5S, TPM, Visual management, VSM and cost reduction.通过各种先进生产管理方式， 持续改善生产工艺；
？ Ensures that all equipment is running properly and efficiently. Oversees preventative maintenance requirements.确保机器设备的正在及高效地运行。 监督并防止维护要求。
？ Assists in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques.协助评估并提高制造方法，生产布局，机械设备并技术。
？ Manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.采取并执行各种在质量、成本和综合效率方面能提高的措施。
？ Monitor 6s implementation and responsible for ISO process in production department,监控6S的运作及负责生产部ISO9001：2000推行及实施;
？ Prepare all related production procedures and monitor the implementation results ;起草各类生产相关的程序文件，并跟踪实施结果；
？ Supervise , coach , evaluate the production working team.管理，引导，评估生产部下属工作；

Performance Indicators:
？ On-time output referring to production orders 根据MPS按时完成生产任务;
？ On-going improvements for mistakes from individual 持续改善人为因素造成的不良;
？ Keep production area in tidy per 5s and well working discipline 保持生产区域的 5S纪律;
？ Improve management skills to decrease fluctuation rate for workers 不断改进管理水平，降低员工离职率;
？ Have enough training for production workers 对员工培训充分;
？ Continuous quality improvement 持续品质改进;
？ Continuous efficiency improvement 持续效率提升;

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

？ University graduated , major in mechanical or electronic engineering,大学毕业，机械或电子工程类专业
？ Familiar with ISO implementation,对ISO的推行实施相当熟练
？ Good practical experience in 6S as well as Lean production,对6S运作及精益生产有丰富地实际工作经验；
？ At least over 10 years’ experience production in foreign company and five years’ in management level , familiar with people management , efficiency and quality improvement ;10年以上生产管理经验，五年以上任经理职位，,包括人员管理，生产效率，品质提升等；
？ Good command of English ,both in written and oral,英语水平良好，听说写流利；
？ Strong sense of responsibilities , good team work;强烈的工作责任感，团队合作意识强；
？ Good implementation skills,有强力的执行力度；
