DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the SQE, IQC, Quality System activities.
1) Drive Supplier quality improvements:
* Oversees supplier quality engineering team to achieve company level
incoming material goals.
* Monitors suppliers’ overall quality performance and drives for
quality improvement systematically.
* Proactively works for supplier quality control at process and system
level to prevent suppliers’ non-conformity.
* Early involves in new projects and co-works with internal teams and
suppliers for key materials safety launch.
* Works with souring to plan and manage supplier quality audit for both
new and existing suppliers.
* Works with souring, buyer for the supplier management.
2) Lead IQC activities:
* Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing,
and evaluation.
* Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and
instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and
reliability data.
* Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production
and measurement equipment.
* Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of
discrepant material and equipment.
* Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and
tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality.
3) Drive Quality System Improvements:
* Ensures that quality management system is established, implemented
and maintained.
* Reports to management the quality system implementation performance.
Driving for the suitability and effective of quality management system.
* Ensure the the HSF system established, implemented and maintained.
* Ensure the product safety system is compliance.
* Ensure the document control system is setup, maintain the DCC is
compliance with ISO9001 system.
