Summaries:
This Ethics and Compliance (E&C) training role is working with E&C Sr. training and communication manager and responsible for developing and overseeing E&C training initiatives for China. This position must coordinate, complete and oversee job-related activities and assignments provide supervision and development opportunities for associates and ensure ethics and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement of China E&C training initiatives
2.Develop and maintain relationships with key training and development teams
3.Determine the effectiveness of the China E&C training initiatives and identifies program improvements
4.Responsible for the trainings to associates and suppliers to ensure that E&C) is providing relevant and timely training.
5.Responsible for training completion rate and maintain all the documentation properly.
6.Analyse E&C training materials and provide expert advice on how to improve them.
7.Prepare various metrics/dashboards/PowerPoint presentations related to training status progress as necessary.
8.Continuously develop and promote various E&C education and communication program for associates, suppliers and third-parties by seeking the needs from business divisions;
9.Evaluate effectiveness of on-going E&C education and communication program and initiatives; apply improvements to on-going programs and initiatives.
10.Model compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and compliance by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or higher in Ethics, Compliance, business management or related discipline, with minimum 5 years work experience, preferably with experience in a training program.
2. With strong computer and analytical skills and strong presentation and communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and appropriate judement.
4. Strong at execution and result-orientated.
5. Excellent English proficiency required and can adapt to new culture quickly.
