Responsibility:
1. Ensures Market visibility and manages Development planning
a. Reinforce market assessment and manage local development and opportunity planning
b. Initiates and maintains industrials contacts in his/her market to know about their processes à in particular Well Service Providers
c. Detects and identify new opportunities in the well services field on a pro-active basis
d. Reports on competitive intelligence
e. Knows and enforces the safety and quality procedures
f. Works with the Local Sales Reps and operation teams on joint account and prospects planning according to the sales development and Regional ALOS objectives
g. Identifies competitors threat through SWOT analysis, gathering corporate information crossed with local assessment.
2. Drive Sales Growth
a. Defines growth strategy for the market with priorities and action plans in place
b. Leverage on ALOS global network to increase market share within Global Accounts in the region. In particular well service providers such as Schlumberger, Halliburton and Baker Hughes.
c. Contributes to prospect list to feed the sales opportunity portfolio in the Well Services Field
d. Plans and Organizes with the local sales representatives customer visits according to objectives
e. Leads technical and commercial proposal synthesis, contract reviews and negotiations for term contracts
f. Secures contractual agreement (while leveraging on ALOS global offer) before handover to local sales team
3. Cost Structure Management
a. Manages cost structure and efficiencies through effective negotiation with local affiliates.
b. Builds commercial / technical part of the AL offer according budgetary constraints, HSE policy and rules
4. Defines promotion and communication plan
a. Develops marketing and communications plan in coordination with the ALOS Global team
b. Partakes in ALOS regional activities such as exhibitions and trade shows.
Requirement:
1. Good knowledge of Upstream Well Service operations and gas applications associated with these.
2. Capability in economical understanding of the industry in order to build a business case/strategy in the region.
3. Demonstrates responsibility and accountability
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working location: Shanghai or Guangzhou
