1. Deliver excellent customer service level through efficient operational supports
2. Control and monitor irregular transactions and ensure to fully compliant with local regulations and auditor’s recommendation
3. To monitor teammates'telephone service manner to ensure high standard service is delivered to our customers
4. To develop service initiatives and ensure high quality customer service are achieved by monitoring teammates’ performance and effective coaching
5. To evaluate the existing work flow/practices/operation of Online Team, come up with feasible solution and drive the implement to improve work efficiency
6. Conduct service reviews for corporate clients based on deep understanding of client's business and their needs. Conduct service quality tracking and provide scorecards to the client.
7. Identify opportunities for service improvement and product cross-sell
8. To identify training needs to facilitate teammates to acquire up-to-date knowledge and skills
9. To manage customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction
10. Protect bank’s interest and contribute to good image of The Bank
11. Monitor preparation and delivery of reports and returns

1. Bachlor degree or above with at least 8 years' working experience and 4 years'
   supervisory experience of leading teams
2. Sound knowledge of full range of banking products and service
3. Commercial sense and strong interpersonal and communication skill
4. Strong leadership and people management skill
5. Good management skills e.g. planning skills; organizing skills; decision-making ability etc.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English
