职位描述：

Role:
In charge of the overall management of EHS related working

Support and stimulate good EHS performance by providing, maintaining a framework of procedures, processes and training within the guidelines of client and local governmental requirements.
Accountabilities:
-Follow and comply with client EHS Policy, guidelines and standard,
-Implement and maintain plant EHS guidelines, program and process
-Conduct EHS performance measurement, Incident investigate ,root cause analysis and reporting
-Identifies the plant hazards and risks, advice impact and lead the improvement programs.
Coordinate safety, health and environmental activities and ensure to meet PepsiCo requirements, local regulation
-Conduct EHS inspection and audits based on client EHS Standard.
-Assist line managers with any EHS issue
-Stop any unsafe behavior, coach and train employees & contractors
-Respond to internal and external EHS enquiries, complaints and application-related issues
-Focus to key control point of EHS, such as LOTO, machine guard, fire control, permit to work, contractor management and so on.
-Monitor all contaminant/waste treatment and recycling.
Key skills/ Critical experience:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, Chemistry, engineering or related field
Safety management qualification
-Experience:
At least 3 years of proven experience as EHS role in a FMCG/ Food industry plants
-Key Job Skills:
Advanced knowledge of legal requirements and best practices regarding safety, health and environment;
Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact confidence
Good interpersonal skills and communication with relevant authorities and other 3rd part.
Fluency English skill in reading and writing.
Excellent Leadership Skills and good PC Operation
Possess high personal integrity and standards
Be able to work under high pressure
