职位描述：
?Responsibility:

1. Conduct regular risk assessment to identify risks and work on the rectification.

2. Coordinate with all department to perform regular area inspections and follow up on the finding closure.

3. Conduct EHS awareness promotion activities and training to improve employee EHS awareness

4. Track EHS KPI status, take corrective actions if not meeting target.

5. Emergency response planning and regular drill.

6. Work with related departments to ensure EHS rules are well implemented

7. Work with HQ Environment and safety department to ensure corporate requirements are met.

8. Work on continuous improvement to improve plant EHS performance.

9. Good communication with related internal and external customers to ensure smooth execution of tasks

10. Frequent communication with all departments on daily EHS topics

11. Frequent communication with Related government departments to ensure a good collaboration

12. Promote occupational health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working

13. be responsible for environmental, occupational and safety accident reporting, investigation and handling


Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree and above with majored in safety engineering
2.Over 8 years EHS working experience, in heavy equipment manufactory industry is preferred
3.Has experience of factory and site EHS management
4.be familiar with national instructions and guidelines on factory safety and employee healthy protection
5.Be very active, self-disciplined, and able to work independently 举报 分享
