Responsibility:
1. Coordinating disposal of IMM quality issues, including IQC, IPQC and OQC of IMM.
2. Push and support suppliers to improve parts quality together with SQE and strategic purchasing team.
3. Support MR in QMS implementation.
4. In case of big quality deviation, be responsible for organizing meeting internally and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions and containments.
5. Collecting quality data (supplier, production and market) and work out quality report, control quality cost together with department manager termly.
6. Organizing the calibrations of all measurement equipment together with department clerk.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or related
2. Know deeply with manufacture processing of electromechanical products.
3. Strong knowledge of quality management
4. Know deeply with the standards in electromechanical industry.
5. Know deeply with the standards ISO9001
6. Can use different kinds of measurement equipment/device, such as CMM, Calipers, Hardness tester.
7.Excellent English
