Title: Customer Service Manager (CSM)
Location: Beijing / Chongqing, China
Reporting to: CEO
Job Summary:
Our website users - Employers and Providers, are our customers to whom we strive to provide the best crowd souring services. CSM will be working together with other management team members, leading a customer service team and ensuring total customer satisfactions. This position plays a critical role to develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Based on customer feedback and contact, CSM is a driving force to improve the quality and usability of our website services.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a service team to provide help and assistance to employers and providers on the jobs posted to our website and ensure the jobs will be successfully completed.
2. Organize, facilitate and coordinate customer service activities in other geographic areas, e.g. US and Canada.
3. Communicate with users via e-mail, telephone, instant message, etc.
4. Propose, draft and implement customer service policies and procedures.
5. Propose, draft and implement user evaluation system.
6. Identify, propose and facilitate systems and tools for customer communication, manage call center in the future.
7. Organize customer surveys and testimonials.
8. Build a strong base of Certified Providers.
9. Organize special and promotional user activities online and offline.
10. Manage disputes, mediation and arbitration between users.
11. Monitor and manage user violation cases.
12. Work together with Marketing Manager on marketing campaigns and promotional events.
13. Work together with Product Manager to design and improve website pages, procedures and functions, for both front end and back end systems.
14. Work together with Technical Manager for trouble shooting related to users.
15. Study and analyze competitions in the areas of customer service, benchmark our service to the best practice in the industry.
Qualifications:
1. Be excellent in English, proficiency in both speaking and writing.
2. Have good speaking and reading skills in Chinese.
3. Have good understanding of western culture in various areas, e.g. social systems, literature, sports, religions, copyright, privacy and legal issues, and etc.
4. Be a team player with strong communication skills.
5. Be flexible to work overtime if needed.
6. Be well organized with attention to details, with a genuine interest in working with and helping customers
