职位职责：

1. Primary role would be to operate as a ‘hunter’ to connect with Heads of Internal Audit/ Risk Officers/ Head of Sox of large local and Global corporate to assess need and opportunity to engage Axis for governance solutions of Axis – primary focus would be Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance Reviews, Sox support, Distributed Controllership and IT Risk Management;

2. The individual would also need to connect with the wider The company BD team especially the team focused on Europe markets to be able to leverage off their existing connects and also support them on pitches to new or existing clients that The company reaches out to;

3. The individual should have had prior exposure to BD role for Risk Consulting organizations, with clear preference for someone who has worked in one of the Big 4 Public Accounting Firms. Alternatively the individual should have had prior exposure to Risk Consulting and thereafter been in any other BD roles which would have allowed the individual with the Finance Function of large corporate – CFO/ Controller/ etc.

职位要求：

1. Needs to be a British citizen and no issues with domestic travel as this role would involve meeting up with large number of target clients cross cities in Europe;

2. Individual should have about 8-10 years of work experience, and given it is a BD role would need to be outgoing, extremely articulate, very pleasant personality and should be able to carry himself/ herself as a confident BD individual of a professional services organisation;

3. Essential :CA or MBA (F) Desirable :CIA.
