Duties and responsibilities
? Evaluate digital solutions in the area of technical expertise and implement the technical solutions based on stakeholder needs throughout the project
? Identify and screen new technical solutions to address unmet business needs
? Manage internal and external stakeholder requirements and constantly monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders
? Act as a Technical Specialist within Life Science BTBP team by facilitating decision making relating to trade-offs of different technical solutions
? Possess strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business acumen and technical resources
? Collaborate with BT team and venders to ensure the technical solution is feasible and carried out in a timely manner
? Manage and complete all project related processes
? Provide assistance to business users with IT related tasks
? Program Organizer: Plan and coordinate various events & workshop training sessions for BP team
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
? 4+ years working experience with bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
? PMP certificate (project management) required
? 2+ years of SAP experience required, specializing in supply chain management and order-to-cash modules is a plus
? Good level of technical understanding in order to be able to understand how business requirements can be incorporated in various IT software solutions
? Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
? Report research results where the candidate should be able to suggest new solutions and present to BP colleagues
? Must be a team player and support agile learning techniques in order to quickly grasp the work around
? Good level of spoken and Written Communication for e-mails and also possess a good level of documentation skills in both English and Chinese
? Experience in CRM or data analytics is a plus
? Technical consulting experience is a plus
Working conditions
? Might have to organize, arrange and attend internal or external meetings, events or short assignments as need arises.
? Should be able to travel if required.
