b.样板的设计、制作、品质和交期的保证。
c.生产线上技术的支持和指导。
2、协助部门副总做好相关的事情和部门工作的协调。

1、在冲压件五金有5年以上的工作经验，会设计、制作五金磨具，并具有一定的开发能力。
2、具有一定的领导能力，能够做好部门工作的安排，配合好各个部门的工作。
3、具有亲和力，能够快速融入新的环境，并具有抗压能力。
