2、熟悉品管的七大手法，对人员培训和团队建设有自己的想法。
3、对电机行业比较熟悉，对电机品质的问题解决有丰富经验和良好的处理手段。
4、有良好的抗压能力和团队建设精神。
职位描述：
1、全面主导电机部门的品质问题，对来料、制造和出货品质进行管控。积极配合生产的要求。
2、对电机出现的品质问题有效的进行管制管控，对客户的投诉及时处理。
3、对不良的马达进行及时处理。
4、对生产线员工和品管员进行定期的培训，提高其品质意识。
5、根据ISO资料对文件进行整理。
6、其他交办事项。
