职位描述：
· Factory visit.
· 巡查工厂
· Assist Hong Kong Team to monitor production quality when Hong Kong Team not available in-place.
· 协助香港管控生产质量
· To join PP meeting for all style before production start.
· 产前会议
· To petrol production line to ensure factory did follow technical advice that had gave during PP meeting.
· 确保工厂按照产前会议技术要求进行生产
· To petrol production line to ensure factory did execute set quality control plan on each production section.
· 确保工厂按照设定的质量管控计划执行
· Check materials before production start.
· 产前物料检验
· Check tooling before production start e.g. cutting dies and production last.
· 产前工具检查
· Check packing materials before packing start.
· 包装物料检验
· Check in-house production record.
· 检查工厂生产纪录
· Check in-house inspection record of each production section.
· 检查工厂检验纪录
· Check in-house needle control log book.
· 检查针控制日志
· Check in-house testing record (if have).
· 检查内部测试纪录（如有）
· Execute in-process inspection to ensure production quality.
· 进行产中验货
· Execute Pre Shipment Inspection (PSI) before assigned 3rd party (PFI) inspection.
· 进行PSI
· Collect production information of different stage for Production Board update.
· 收集不同阶段的生产信息


任职要求：
Must have 5+ years experience in a similar role.
具有5年以上相似岗位工作经验
Must have relevant knowledge in the following area’s:
