Job Descriptions
1.Responsible for import material procurement. Closely work with US logistics team, overseas vendors and international forwarders on material import operation.
2.Well arrange material import Customs declaration, customs clearance and physical transportation arrangement to local factory. Ensure to meet operation demands on import material without any delay.
3.Take charge of product export biz operation. Coordinate with operation and Packing & Kitting teams for shipment arrangements. Meet customer delivery deadlines and distribution order by order and shipment by shipment.
4.Closely work with finance, engineering and operation teams on validation of export product value and physical weight computation. Ensure all the computations are explained reasonably before export declaration.
 5.Strictly check and validate all detailed export declaration documents including packing lists, proforma invoices, driver sheets and declaration forms. Ensure each container is declared and released successfully without delay.
6.Frequently communicate with Customs people, make sure to let Customs officials understand local factory, products transfer price policies and practice. Avoid any misunderstanding for our export declaration and unexpected challenges from Customs.
7.Take immediately action to solve problem when any unexpected block/issues happen on import/export declaration while report to direct boss. Avoid or minimize any negative impact on customer service.
8.Take care of export billing transactions. Reconcile sales quantity and value with both US logistics team and local finance team on monthly basis without any discrepancies between logistics and finance.
9.Other responsibilities related to normal international logistics functions and operations to be delegated after on-board.

Qualified Candidate Description：
1.8+ years experience of international logistics or customs affairs experience, of which more than 3 years experience as manager or supervisor of logistics or customs affairs management.
2.Solid experience of import and export business operation. Familiar PRC customs law, related regulations and local import and export practice.
3.Good technical skills of ERP operation and MS Office application, preferably excellent Excel user.
4.Good knowledge of international logistics and global distribution, very familiar with international forwarders day to day operation, import & export regulations and practice.
5.Customer orientation, teamwork spirit and interpersonal skill to work with various kinds of personalities.
6.Excellent execution, result orientation and detail attention work habit .
7.Good summary, report and communication skill in bilingual format.
