职位描述：
Job Duties:
- Assist in setting up and monitoring company operation systems;
- Identify order requirements and follow up on customer service requests;
- Verify and update order details to users in a timely manner;
- Coordinate with appropriate parties for related corporate service arrangements;
- Perform random checks on company equipment (e.g. vans, office/pantry equipment if needed);
- Handle customers’enquiries and complaints;
- Prepare necessary payment documents, such as debit notes;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:
- College graduated or above with major in Hotel/Property Management will be preferred;
- At least 5 years admin/customer service experience is preferred;
- Good English both on writing and reading;
- Strong communication skills;
- Candidates with experienced in manufacturing factory would be preferred. 举报 分享
