小家电 成品采购
Responsibilities:
1.Lead projects on NPD sourcing, sustaining, cost reduction & supplier improvement
2. Monitor and negotiate necessary pricing/commercial/technical/quality issues in relation to products and sources before final approval.
3.Support implementation of supplier strategies as directed from Strategic Sourcing
4. Manage Product Engineer in create and maintain product specification
5. Manage potential new suppliers and existing suppliers.
6. Collect new product ideas from exhibition and suppliers, Work closely cross function teams for product development/ market trend/ and sourcing directions.
7. Effective communicate with different functions.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Business or Engineering.
2.Minimum 8 years of related experience and 2 years in supervisory level.
3. Good proven records in sourcing and project management, preferable in kitchen home appliance.
4. Sound knowledge in import/export business environment.
5. Self-motivated, good team work leader, analytic and data driven, strong multi-national communication skills.
