Process Engineer (全球第一大顶级奢侈厨房锅具用品公司，产品包括：不锈钢，五金，陶瓷，硅胶，纺织等产品， 直接向亚太区总裁美国人汇报工作，全球采购中心已经在中国发展快10年，工作地点：东莞)

Reporting Structure:
Report to senior management and director staff
Integrated member of improvement, corrective action and product development teams

Main Responsibility:
New Product Development
- Assist and educate suppliers as needed in the application of consistent methods for production.
- Work in engineering team to sourcing team members in risk assessment of potential new suppliers.
- Provide training in the use of quality tools to suppliers in need of improvement as required.
Current Production Runs
- Conceives and provides practical process application and improvement proposal.
- Specifies production and testing methods.
- Work closely with design, quality engineering team, suppliers regarding products quality, inspection and production schedule.
- Verifies the drawing from design Engineer and make the production process proposal.
- Helps formulate production process policies
- Initiates production document changes and updates
- Validates process improvements after corrective changes
- Generate frequent reports related to supplier’s production system and performance
Leadership
- Liaison between Supplier and Le Creuset representatives as required.


Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above , major in Mechanical , Engineering
6+ years related working experience
Good knowledge of industrial manufactory process
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written English.
